Can we cancel anytime?

Yes, with no setup or cancellation fees. Export your people, donations, statements and reports to CSV before you go.

What does “0% platform fee” mean?

OnChurch takes no percentage of any gift. Stripe charges its processing fees on online gifts, and donors can choose to cover them.

How much is each additional church?

$77.99 a month for each extra church on the same account, once your plan is active. Each church gets its own website, giving account and team, all under one login.

How does the School module switch on?

School comes with the $124.99 Complete + School plan and turns on with your first paid month; it isn’t in the free trial. Ask for a School demo and a person from OnChurch will walk you through it.

Is there an annual plan?

Not at the moment. Plans are billed monthly, with no per-member fees.

Do we need 501(c)(3) status?

You generally need 501(c)(3) status to give tax-deductible receipts in the United States. OnChurch receipts include the details donors need; check with your accountant about your church.
